In a bit of exciting news, I’ve been asked to be a contributing blogger for the Mushroom Channel, the official website of the Mushroom Council. Over the next few months, I’ll be posting several delicious mushroom recipes over there. The first post goes live today – check out the recipe for a vegetarian mushroom pate.

  Kate, that looks so good. What a great idea to use hazelnuts. Is there a pronounced hazelnut taste in the pate?
