I’ll hang with the Nuni on this one! This mash with the inclusion of butter looks great! I prefer this kind of thing to the usual Super Bowl offerings anyday! Your other dips and recipes look great too!

Years ago mash combination were the “in” thing. I don’t think it went out of style but just came round again.

Ohhh my husband and I were just talking about how we need to eat more veggies! I’ve made a similar thing to this with cauliflower (b/c the color looks more like potatoes) but my husband does always by broccoli so I shall try this out some day! Thanks for sharing!

Too funny! I did made this for my girls about a month ago and they asked for it again just the other night. I like that you used parmesan. I tried goat cheese and wasn’t too crazy about the taste.

When I worked at Roy’s I realized that you could sell/make anything in a mash and its amazing!
