I love pulling things like this together for a busy weeknight meal–definitely one to add to the regular rotation.

omg YUM! adding this to next week’s dinner menu, can’t wait! (did you have it on it’s own? I was thinking a nice crisp green salad to go alongside, would that work?) it’s summer here so I’ll need to attempt to keep it light!
