Mmm, this cheese risotto does look amazingly comforting! Can you imagine eating this with a little James playing in the background?! I think I’d have sweet dreams for a month after that. Great job!

This is either the most mouth-watering recipe I’ve come across in a while, or it’s 11:00 pm and I worked through dinner. Maybe both? I just happen to have all the ingredients, and can pretty much guarantee I’ll be eating this for dinner tomorrow night.

This looks so good! Risotto is one of my favorite foods ever, and a cheddar cheese risotto sounds great. I love the chives on top!

I’d love to try this, but my boyfriend doesn’t really like risotto. Maybe I will make him eat it anyway.
